What to Expect

Your exam includes:

  • A review of your MedXPress application
  • Comprehensive medical history and physical exam
  • Vision and hearing tests
  • Blood pressure and pulse check
  • Urinalysis (to screen for sugar and protein in the urine)
  • ECG for Class I exams age 35 and older (if required)
  • Coordination with FAA regarding any needed follow-up or CACI conditions

We make every effort to complete your exam efficiently and issue your certificate promptly, when eligible.

What to Bring

  • Completed FAA MedXPress application (confirmation number required)
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Current glasses or contact lenses (if used)
  • List of medications and any specialists you see
  • Any FAA letters or documentation from previous exams

Special Considerations

  • Recent hospitalizations or new diagnoses
  • Medication changes
